Vedica Art Studios and Gallery welcomes the submission of artists' portfolios for curatorial review, in consideration for potential representation. Upon receipt of a complete application, inclusive of the artist’s biography, curriculum vitae, and portfolio, the team at Vedica will conduct a thorough assessment and generate a formal report based on the artist’s profile. This report aims to provide insight and direction in alignment with the gallery’s mission and vision.

It is dedicated to uniting diverse cultural expressions through art, with a curatorial approach informed by a global network of professionals. The gallery champions innovative practices in both curatorial and commercial domains, embodying the new age of artistic connectivity and inclusivity.
 

Terms and Conditions for Portfolio Submission:
 

a) Referral-Based Applications: Submissions are accepted exclusively through internal references. Applicants must clearly state the name of the referring individual from the official list provided. The Vedica team will verify this information before proceeding with the review.
 

b) Non-Guarantee of Representation or Sale: Submission of an artist’s portfolio does not guarantee the sale of artworks, nor does it imply representation, advisory, consultation by Vedica Art Studios and Gallery or any of its partner institutions. Should a partner gallery, museum, art dealer, or consultant express interest in the artist’s profile, Vedica will initiate contact separately.

c) Review and Confidentiality: All materials submitted—including biography, resumé, and portfolio—will be reviewed by a qualified team comprising curators, art critics, consultants, dealers, and art historians. A confidential evaluation report will then be prepared for the artist's reference. This report may include sensitive names or information pertinent to the art industry. Artists are expected to maintain strict confidentiality; any dissemination of this information is the sole responsibility of the artist. The final decision regarding representation rests solely with the Vedica team, and submission does not constitute entitlement to representation or any form of claim.
 

d) Non-Refundable Fees: All payments associated with the portfolio review process are non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
 

e) Timeline: Due to the current high volume of submissions, we kindly request your patience. The evaluation report will be shared within three to four weeks from the date of submission.
